Had a blast

with the sis!

Hit the town with Jan earlier on.
Bought some stuff. Should smack myself in the head. Not supposed to spend anymore but I couldn't resist those pretty rings. And Jan looked so good in the top that I had to get it for her. Oh wells. No more shopping!!!

Anyway, I discovered the lazy way of making brightening your peepers. I usually put on mascara but hate to remove them with the oil based remover. Now I just put on thick eyeliner and no mascara is needed. Hoho.. Just wash it off with those normal eye makeup remover and I'm good to hit the sack. =)
But the simplest way is to wear specs of course. =P

I was bathing at 4am this morning when I heard someone washing the the other toilet outside my room.

I seriously freaked out cos no one will be using that toilet in the middle of the night and it's too early for Leah to do her chores.

I woke the sis up but I think she was too groggy to realise what was happening.

I have no guts to go out and see who it was so I prayed and jumped in bed to sleep.

As it turns out, it was indeed Leah who was using the toilet.

Well, I thank God for that. But seriously, I think I have a freaking wild imagination sometimes.

My friday and Sat totally rocked.
I lurrveeeeeeee exploring new eateries and get damn excited when the food taste damn good.

And so my dear friends, all the following places are highly recommended by moi and Mr Koo.

The French Stall

Koo and I noticed this restaurant whenever we drive through Little India. There's always "Ang mohs" inside the place. So if they, who can better appreciate French food, will patronise this place, I think I can too since I know nuts about them.

Anyway, the food was really tasty. We ordered onion soup, garlic bread, tomato salad (totally yums), escargots, pork chop, chocolate cake and some french dessert that starts with p. Heh.
Every dish was totally splendid and we finshed every morsel of it.
Thinking of it makes me soooo happy.
Am definitely going back there again!!!

Ps. The bill came up to $50 plus which was totally worth it. =)

And today we ate our way to the East.
I must saying parking in the East is a BITCH!!!
The roads are narrow, so few parking spaces blah blah blah. It's totally irritating when I'm starving.

The steaks here are so damn cheap.... I ordered a prime sirloin while Koo ordered a prime ribeye. The bill came up to $30 only, including soup and 2 root beers. It's totally worth the money. I mean I can get yummy steaks elsewhere too, but I think this place is value for money. Good for bringing siblings who are undergoing puberty and eat like monsters. But the queue there is horrendous so go @ odd timings to avoid the crowd.

After the late lunch, we headed to Obolo for strawberry cheesecake and rasberry macaron. My first on macaroon and I absolute adore it. Yums. So if you visit Astons, head down to Obolo for some desserts after that!!

Koo and I ate there for his birthday so we know how fresh the fish is.
Anyway it's a bliss to be sipping hot green tea and savouring fresh sashimi.

And so this is how the weekend went. It's Sunday soon and I have to go and mourn for Monday's arrival. Alrighty, need to go pia my Korean vcds. Hohohohh...

Blehs!!!

Koo asked me to drive his car earlier on.
Although it's like a 200m drive, I forgot to change the gear, got high-beamed by the car behind me and totally freaked out.
I seriously wonder how the hell I passed the test.

No. 23.....

So my 23rd started with a surprise from the sis.
I mentioned that I liked the necklace from Fayfey but never got to buy it cos Jan said that it was too ex. She then went to buy it for me secretly. It's so pretty la.. but frankly speaking, it's really expensive for such a necklace. She also made me a lovely card, which was so touching. Sobz. I lurrrveee handmade cards.


Anyway it was off to work.
The mentor then treated me to Peach Garden and we had sharks' fins and dim sum.
Yums. The sharks' fins were really damn ex for such a puny bowl but it was really worth the money.

I then received a bouquet of flowers from some "secret admirer" who turned out to be my sweet sweet collegues. =)

The RMs also surprised me with this humongous "sexy" cake and I was really touched.



I love my cake.. Hohoh...
Distributed to the whole team and there were still leftovers so I brought them home to....................

Koo!!!!


Anyway, Koo and I had dinner @ Ikoi for unlimited sashimi.
Ate quite abit but I dont think we ate as much as the past.
Maybe cos we were both tired after work..

He made me a pretty card. Hoho.. It's so cute la..

Met up with the uni friends today and I was late by 1 hour.

Cindy was even later than me but the 3 guys are always so patient towards both of us. =P
They treated me to Manhattan's fish market @ PS and bought me a lovely blue dress for work.
Yayness!!!!!! I have something different from my monochrome wardrobe. Hohos..

Met up with Koo after that and we went to exchange my surprise for a even bigger surprise.
This boy reallllliiiiiiii dotes on me.
He bought me this.


He bought me a wallet @ first but I preferred a bag so we went to the boutique with the intention of exchanging it for a Speedy.
But I saw this and fell in love with it. So this sweetie pie bought it for me.
Sigh...
It's freaking ex man... but I really liked it.

I'm totally hooked to The Drive of Life.

Started @ 3am on Saturday, slept @ 6 plus...
Woke up @ 10am and watched the whole day.
Muahahhahahahhaa....

It's realllyyyy addictive man.
