The Koo picked me up after work on Thursday and we had Korean food.
We went there once on a special date (forgot was it V-day, anni or whatever la) and then again with his parents.

Anyway, I just love Korean food and this place is a MUCH CHEAPER alternative to Auntie Kim's and Crystal Jade Ginseng Chicken restaurant.

It was 9 plus when we ordered. We were starving so we ended up being greedy and overordered as usual. -_-"

Complimentary side dishes.

There were actually 2 more dishes but we don't eat them, so might as well don't waste food.
Love the Kimchi man!!!! I usually rate a Korean restaurant based on their Kimchi. Hoho.
Anyway, you can refill the side dishes so it was quite worth it.
=)

Anyway, Koo ordered Bibimbap while I ordered Beef Ramen. Both are quite alright but I would have preferred the Bibimbap from Crystal Jade @ Taka.
We also shared this.

Spicy fried rice cake. It was fried with fish cake, dumplings and ramen. Not bad but we couldnt finish it cos we still had our mains to tackle with.

The bill came up to $32. It was really cheap as compared to other Korean restaurants so can give it a try! =)

Koo and I had dinner with his friends @ Angus Steak House last night.
His friends love it there, I don't know why. But I must say the food was great.

I had Ribeye steak while Koo had Tenderloin.
It was like a 5 course meal.
The hors d'oeuvre was fried fish and eggplant, followed by crabmeat chowder, then salad with vinegarette dressing, main course and then dessert.
We also ordered live oysters and baked oysters with cheese.
No pictures but I must say I enjoyed every portion of it.

My steak cost around $55 while Koo's was around $60.
So it's quite worth it to visit there if there's any special occasion.
Anyway, it's WAYYYYYYY BETTER than Lawry's. So yup yup. Go there if you have bonus to waste.

It's the last day of my leave. Sadness.
No more leave for the rest of the year.
I mean it's not that bad considering I have only 3 more days till the end of year, but it's still ecky.
Hopefully there's no truckloads of stuff for me to do when I go back tomorrow.
*crosses my fingers*

I think I'm too messy @ work.
Not as in those handwriting stuff but my filing sucks BIG TIME.
My docs are sprawled everywhere and I pity my backup who has to help me locate docs.
So hopefully by the beginning of next year, I will clear up my freaking mess and be a neater person!!
God, please help me!!!! You know I'm not a messy person! Boo.

The uncle and grandpa have left town. Singapore is really a boring place. Other than eat, watch movie and town-ing, there's nothing much to do. So maybe we should just go overseas for the next long hols eh!

Oh.. on Xmas eve, Koo and I had dinner with his parents @ this usual zi char stall that we frequent. Then we met up with his secondary school friends @ the Loof. Freaking boring place but the company was great. Then headed to ECP and had supper. I havent had supper for the longest time ever so I have sinned. Tsktsk.

When I went home around 3 plus (freaking tired), the siblings were not back yet. Think they only reached home around 6 plus. I'm like super impressed la. I dont think I have the energy now to stay out so late. And the sis woke up around 11 plus, had lunch with us and headed out AGAIN!!!! Kids nowadays eh!!


Speaking of the sis, I think Jan looked awesome in this combi, although the shorts are really freaking short. -_-"

Few more days till the end of the year. What have I accomplished? It seems like nothing. I seem to be wasting my life away which doesnt seem good. Lets see what 2008 has in store for me. Hmmmm.. Till then.

The past few days have been town, town and more town. Quite sick of it already but heading there later cos the uncle wanna go to kinokuniya.

Bought a new hp recently.

Costs $68 so it's good. The messaging is similar to Nokia so I'm getting the hang of it.
Actually as Koo said, the phone will JUST be a hp to me in 1-2 months time and I totally agree.
Nonetheless, it's bye bye to Laopokpok Nokia. =P

The uncle taught me some stuff about trading. Shall be disciplined and start on it. As he said, it's better to do something useful then to find ways to spend money every weekend.

The last 2 days have been miserable.
I was down with food poisoning and was puking my intestines out.
Being sick seriously suck so slap me if I ever say I wanna fall ill again.

Anyway, I miss a date with the cheerleaders @ Zouk all thanks to the mum's curry.
Will never eat curry again.
So sad can't dance with Miss Hao and Xiaomin. =(
And the work is piling up. So am going back to work for awhile even though I'm on leave on Fri. Double sadness.

On a positive note, I think I have lost weight.
I have a flat stomach again and my frame just looks smaller.
Hohoohho..
Not the best way to lose weight but oh wells.

Finally caught the Golden Compass with the Koo last Saturday.
Wanted to collect his freaking ex violin back but it was still under repair.
I didnt know repairing a violin was so bloody expensive. Tsktsk.
Anyway, back to Golden Compass.
A lovely show. I must say it's on par with Harry Pott Pott and the Lord of the Rings.
Wonder if the book will be as lovely as the show.
Can't wait for the next sequel.

There's so many shows that I want to catch right now.

Bought this skirt in Taiwan but never dared to wear it out till recently.
I'm a cheapo-pok. So please recommend me if you have cheap places to shop. Dresses less than $30 are all cheap to me. =P

Jan bought this mini-dress recently. It looks gothic but she said it was sweet so WHATEVER JAN!!!

Anyway I must say she is the bestest sister one can ever ask for.
She woke up in the middle of the night with my mum and took care of me when I was puking my life out even though she had to work the next day. And she will sms me to ask how I was doing.

Met up with Ali today.
WASTED $50 for NOTHING!!!!!! The jap meal that we had was PATHETIC to the core. I had 4 slices of beef and 2 puny bowls of soup for 50 fucking dollars. Seriously man, this is the last time I will entertain people. No more for me and Ali. Hmph....

Anyways, sweet Ali bought me a Coach wristlet for my birthday. Thanks auntie. I really like it alot. Rest assured I will use eh.. Hoohohoh...
I haven't been meeting her cos both of us are busy with work but after meeting Miss Choy tonight, it's no wonder why she's my female bestie. We can talk about every shit thing man... Really enjoyed her company. I will try not to be so lazy and meet u more often.. Miss shopping with you.
Btw, dont drink so much beer and go see the doc k!!!!
